Prospect Coaches

Project Description
Project description

Prospect Coaches wanted a website that would help to enhance engagement with their current customers, as well as drawing in new clients from a regional area in variable sectors whilst increasing brand awareness.

After looking at current site reports and discussing areas of improvement, we designed and created a tailored 10 page responsive website with additional functionality, including a custom booking form to make it much easier for their clients to book their services through their website on desired devices of choice. The new website allowed for a much cleaner and slicker customer journey. An SEO package was also recommended to help the customer better engage with new customers to help drive more traffic to their website resulting in more business. The results from this project remain impressive.

Since the site went live with web marketing, we managed to achieve first page positions for all of the clients key-phrases, with a 628.54% increase in enquiries to the site.

  • We went to RTD to speak about how we could engage with our customers through our website. We built a good relationship with them and it was never just a name at the end of the phone, you get to know the team personally. It’s always nice working with somebody you know.
