Pet Time wanted to create a brand identity for their digital product and online experience. RTD positioned the brand around an emotive design, as well as a technique called progressive disclosure within the technical build. This was the best way to deliver their products and contend with large bodies of content, whilst encouraging users to browse the website in a streamlined manner.
To achieve the goals set out by Pet Time, RTD built two websites that are linked but serve different functions. One of the websites is a brochure site that allows products to be showcased, and the other is an e-Commerce website that includes a number of custom modules and functionality created by our in-house development team. The user journey has been optimised to the market and the product being sold by Pet Time. The end result lead to a huge increase in user engagement across both sites.
