The Cheshire Watch company wanted a redesign on their modern website to exude a luxurious interface to match the products they sell. Our task was to deliver confidence and a superior experience for potential customers wanting to purchase watches and jewellery items. Working in partnership with the customer we identified key deliverables for the new interface and defined success metrics.
We spent time wire framing the new site to deliver key information and put products at the forefront. In addition to the website, we spent time directing the new photography style that features so heavily within the design, now flexible for digital and print formats. Successes leading on from this project increased sales by 1,501%.
