Our Process

At this point we want to really understand your needs, wants and expectations for your bespoke package. What your long term goals are for the website, how it needs to function and what you want it to do.

From the introduction we will have enough information to come back to you with a detailed quote for your whole package. This is to ensure optimum transparency and that we are both on the same page throughout the project.

Before we go into a consultation it is important for us to collect detailed content for the site and images. Once we have this you then can sit with one of our highly skilled professional designers for a 1-2-1 consultation. This can be over the phone, face to face, Skype based on your preferences. This time is critical to ensure we are designing to your businesses needs and wants.

This is the stage that we wire-frame your brand new website to ensure our thinking is visibly aligned with yours. Once approved we then build a full flat design to the wire-frame adding images and text before sending over to you for feedback. After this we then design the additional pages using styling from initial proof. Coding happens next to ensure you are now ready to preview a fully functioning version of your bespoke website. Once approved we then move onto stage 5.

At this point, the site has been through quality control, any changes or additions you asked for have been done and the website of your dreams is live on the domain name of your choice. Ready to deliver a ROI.

Part of our bespoke service includes a technical help session on your CMS (control management system). The CMS may hold some of your bespoke functionalities, so one of our technical help guru’s will have a 1-2-1 with you at a time and place of your convenience to show you how to make additions, changes, small alterations when needed to your new website. The CMS is designed for ease of use.

The price is entirely dependant on your unique requirements. Our bespoke packages cater to SME’s through to well known brands and each client is treated individually.

As bespoke is a custom process, it will therefore take around 12 weeks to complete.

Supply us with as much information as possible. Things such as images and logo’s are also needed so that we can create the best end visual for you. We can also create things such as branding and style guides as part of our bespoke service.

Yes, we will be the digital marketing and design partner that your business needs. Support comes within your package and requires no extra cost.
